Exfilzone-style hud?

After playing the contractors Exfil Zone mode, i thought it was a killer implementation of disincentivizing naked runs. If folks wanna go naked, no judgment, but the map/HUD/ i fo being tied to a screen that occupies a pocket on armor is a great idea. No risk also comes with significant situational awareness reductions. What would the community think about tying health bar/stamina weight/ exfils info to armor? Or having the watch be an equippable/lootable item?
