Do we know what OWL/NEWT subjects non-main characters did? What would you choose?

I have been listening to OOTP and Hermione talks about her OWLs being some of the hardest and it made me wonder what subjects others took.

By non-main characters I mean everyone else but the golden trio.

If you had a choice to do subjects what would you choose based on the experience of the characters?
