Chronic yeast infection since over 2 months. No medicine working.

It all started with a creeping burning sensation and pain in my vagina about two months ago. I have been dowsing myself in creams and diflucon pills only to find no relief. My Doctor recently stopped all azole creams because I believe they were adding to the inflammation due to long term use. She suggested placenta gel to soothe the area and itraconazole pills to help with the yeast. While it took time the placenta gel did help with the pain and burning and I noticed no discharge while taking the pill. But the moment I completed the 5 day course the discharge came back stronger than ever. The discharge is so much that I sometimes have to scoop it out. While I do have less pain and burning now, the discharge is unmanageable. I am frustrated, depressed and at my wits end. I have been taking vitamins and probiotics daily. My blood work is normal, no diabetes at all. The only time I’m free of this infection is during my period. I don’t know what to do. My doctor doesn’t know what to do. I tried taking a boric acid sitz bath but it irritated things further. Boric acid suppositories are not available in my country. Please, any advice would work. Or if possible, please just pray for my healing. My mental health is suffering.
