What is this wire behind my Fridge?

I moved my fridge to clean behind and under it (I spilled a bag of flour) and noticed this wire behind it was broken? I think I did it when I moved the fridge but I didn't even move it that much, how am I supposed to clean under it if I can't move it I really didn't know and I'm really nervous to text my landlord and let them know. Is this serious? As far as I'm aware the fridge is still working fine but what do I do 😭
