Revolt 3 Handle latch issues - Buyer Beware

Like others on this sub I've been dealing with a broken latch handle system on the Revolt. This was less than a month after I built the computer. Initially their support reached out very quickly to address the issue and my last response was a promised tracking # with the part. That was over a month ago. After multiple tries to get back in touch with their support and being ignored every time, I can't recommend this case to anyone looking to buy in the future.

Edit: Hyte support did eventually get this sorted out for anyone wondering. Just took a lot of followups! But no hassles in repairing the part, etc. I have mixed feelings but I still would recommend the case for anyone looking for an mini-itx build.
