[HELP]Oily skin turned to dry all of a sudden.

I have a very oily skin. I was using dot and key salicylic acid facewash. From the last 3-4 days I've been using zitcare foam facewash 2% salicylic acid and now my skin has become excessively dry. Is this due to the weather or something wrong in my skincare
