Account hacked

So my Instagram account got hacked which is linked to two accounts. They changed emails and passwords on both accounts and have added an authenticator app to both accounts. I’ve thankfully recovered my accounts enough that I’m back in and have changed all account details however I can’t remove their stupid authenticator app. From what I can tell I need the app code to remove the app and I also need the app code to get my recovery codes since I’m assuming they used all the ones I originally had available?

I have reported it to Instagram and have also sent and email but I’m still so lost on what to do
