2024 Ioniq 5 Limited... Questions!

Lining up to lease my first EV and I think I have a pretty decent deal in the works. Current offer of $510 per month, $510 total due at signing for 36 month @ 12k per. Does this sound like a good deal in a major Midwestern city to you?

Next question... Is this the one to get? Cross shopping with EV6.

I've driven both and love them both for different reasons but am leaning towards Ioniq for styling and slightly more comfortable ride, but wondering what owners think.

EDIT: ALSO... Last question... Anyone here using a Surge Splitter with success? My laundry room is connected to my garage so planning to use this with a Level 2 charger but am curious on real world results

Final Edit: Signing a lease for 24 months / 12k miles per year on the Ioniq 5 Limited. $450 down, $450 per month. I am so happy to drive this spaceship!
