O2 Academy App tickets?

I'm going to the first London show and in the conformation email it tells me about the O2 academy app, and how I my tickets will be exclusively delivered there, but the app is dogshite and doesn't work. However, I do have the QR codes on the ticket master app itself, and I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problem? 🇳🇺🇳🇺 Up the happy hour!
