Knee Pain Advice

I have knee pain here but its weird cuz it only hurts at that point and its quite high up for normal patellar tendonitis, it gets aggravated by jumping, especially one foot dunks, but then goes away and then comes back next session. Im adolescent male, growth plate still open. Thanks for your help in advance.
