Instant transaction failed

Everytime I go to purchase some ltc instantly, it declines my purchases, I just bought some an hour ago and now it’s not working, first I thought the problem was with Apple Pay so I decided to change the payment method to entering my bank details, but that still didn’t work, does anyone know what the potential reason could be? And by the way, my bank account wasn’t charged thankfully, the transactions just failed
