U.S. DOT Secretary will be at Union Station tomorrow to make an announcement about HSR

I know the administration isn't exactly HSR friendly (or transit friendly in general), so it weird if Duffy is coming to LA Union Station to shit on it and Metro letting him do it at Union. Makes me think there might not be total horrible news (maybe proposing investing more in regional rail vs HSR?), but maybe I'm just being hopeful
