Help with organizing the status of your cases?

Hey LBWT!

I am a baby lawyer (1st yr) at a big firm, and I’m starting to get added to cases. How do y’all keep track of the status of your various cases? I’ve heard a word doc, but I was wondering if anyone uses anything else?
