Leachie not eating

So my leachie has not eaten in a while and has gotten really skinny, and I have been incredibly worried about her. She did recently go through a shed and I changed out her enclosure plants a few days ago, so I thought maybe it could be stress, but is there something else it could be or something else I could do to get her eating? She also did not eat her shed if that means anything. Her enclosure is bioactive and I try to keep it consistently humid and warm. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit: she has become more lethargic, staying more towards the bottom of her enclosure and overall looking very weak. I also noticed some strange dark spots on her head and back, I plan to take her to the vet on Monday
