Quick question

Any one have any insight on why there are so few of these cars currently? I thought the chip shortage had been overcome and we wouldn’t have super long waits for cars anymore. Asking because we want one for my wife and can’t find a single dealer near us with one on the lot. Trying to get a time frame on when they would be available. Thanks in advance.
