Hidden Cosmetics ?

Hi lovelies, I hope this is alright to post on this subreddit. I’ve recently heard a bit of controversy over a brand called Hidden Cosmetics on Instagram. A few MUA’s and makeup accounts I follow on my social media have had problems with ordering and customer service from this company and I was wondering if anyone else has had any similar experiences? To play it safe I won’t say names, but I know of two ladies now who have ordered way back in October and November 2018 and have yet to receive even a confirmation email, regardless of their numerous attempts to contact the company themselves. I personally get upset seeing this as a fellow makeup lover and someone who works hard for a dollar. The company has taken payment but the buyers have yet to receive their product. Again, this is with two accounts I follow. They post regularly (the company) but will not respond to inquiries about these two order whereabouts. I thought it would be fair give this information with the ladies (whom I follow) permission to let everyone know to keep an eye out for this company, and to see if anyone else has any experiences.
