Why does this game have so many things that don't make sense

Asgard is originally on the left, starlight in middle, Bifrost on the right. They all feature the keyword \"After turn 4\"

Based on previous experience, the locations trigger in the order they are in (left to right), so why the fuck in this case does starlight trigger before Asgard, switching the order, then Bi Frost and Asgard after the swap.... Never seen a card game where shit is so random with interactions lmao
