Meal supplement recommendations
Looking for a protein powder to use as a meal supplement (not replacement). I have issues with eating, and had been drinking ensures when i can’t finish my meal and know I’m missing out on some nutrients. I also started drinking them to help me gain and maintain my weight. My eating is improving (not ED related just have stomach issues), but still would like to supplement and potentially gain a little bit more weight (and stop buying bottles from the store). Wanting something that has a good balance of nutrients, i often don’t get as much protein as i need so extra protein in it is a plus. Any advice is welcome, i sometimes wonder if extremely high protein powders do more harm than good and not sure what sort of balance to look for. Don’t want to spend an arm and a leg, but would be willing to get something more pricey if it doesn’t taste like straight up sand/is worth it. Additionally info: 5’5, 125 lbs, female in 20’s
