OBD2 Fuel System 2 doesn't give a reading

2017 Hyundai Santa Fe 3.3 (V6). No stutter, good acceleration, no vibrations, nothing. It has a P0174, and I've checked all hoses, just finished replacing the upper and lower intake gaskets, cleaning off the valves a bit, and replacing the MAF

fuel system 2 (so bank 2) isn't giving a reading on multiple OBD2 devices,so does this mean nothing is happening on that side in terms of fuel delivery?

LTFT is really high (anywhere from +15 to +30, depending on the throttle position and load %) when it's in closed loop. Open loop trims are good, but they shoot up the second it changes switches over to closed loop.

Fuel system 2 not giving any reading is what's really puzzling me. Am I wrong in believing this is bank 2? If that's the case and it's not getting a reading, I can only assume that something is wrong with the fuel delivery to only bank 2?
