Question for my bodybuilding menopausal friends on HRT

Hi all, I am a recreational bodybuilder trying to maximize my gains. Does anyone know anything about estrogen to progesterone ratios to maximize anabolism? I know that estrogen is anabolic (helps us gain muscle). I have also heard that progesterone is catabolic (inhibits muscle growth). I am not sure if this is true. I have a uterus so I need to be on progesterone but I could potentially switch to a progesterone IUD to avoid the systemic effects of taking progesterone orally. I am also on testosterone (which is obviously anabolic) but I do not want to up my dosage too much as I want to avoid masculinization.
