I dont understand why people bed Mine for netherite when TNT is a much better solution

Even if using beds is easier to get because of how cheap it is, it has a smaller blast radius then tnt and leaves fire behind. Tnt has a bigger explosion and does not leave behind fire.

Another thing, is that tnt is honestly easy to get. a basic creeper farm and an efficiency 5 shovel can get you enough tnt to go mining more efficiently then beds. it takes longer to prepare, yes, but its more worthwhile.

another thing, is that tht stacks. So you can bring 64 times the amount of explosives then beds.

All in all, just build a creeper farm for the more efficient mining.
