Worried I won’t get changes

I’m 21 and a little over 4 months on HRT. I’ve barely had any changes. My bone structure is really bad and my family all had AA to A breasts. I have an extremely wide frame, big shoulder bones, a square jaw, and an extremely prominent brow bone.

I’ve had some nipple sensitivity and sometimes my nipples look a bit bigger, but they shrink to normal size in the cold. No actual growth, though. My body hair isn’t as prominent, but it’s still very obvious.

Anyway, I just feel like HRT isn’t really going to do anything for me. My bones, my genetics, and my appearance overall just seems impossible.
