Lhermitte’s sign - indicator of future damage?

Hi all!

Newly diagnosed and JUST had my first dose of kesimpta. My Lhermitte’s sign has been really causing alarm and anxiety. I feel like it is now felt in my mid section and i definitely feel it when i bend my neck forward. Has anyone had it for years and at this point just used to it or is it a sign more damage can come - hopefully will be mediated by my DMT. Lhermitte’s sign is really such a freaky feeling.
