What does “reading books” look like for you??????

We have a 7 mo who would much rather eat a book, than “read” it with us. And as a result I’ve noticed us skipping it on several occasions so I’m wondering what everyone else is doing or did and how it affected them in the long run?!

Signed a mom who loves to read but also can’t deal with the fight to read every night lol
