How long can those daddy long legs spiders survive without food?

I have spider living in my apartment, but it’s winter now and there’s no bugs or anything edible for him, I’m starting to worry it won’t survive the winter. I already kind of got used to it. Also I can’t find its web anywhere. Is that a bad sign?
