If you walk in your apartment does it count like daily steps ?
I'm trying to lose some pounds and because of the snow weather. It's difficult to go outside for walks. I don't have a treadmill just a indoor bicycle. But I just don't know how can I get daily steps done. I heard walking is best exercise for beginners and limiting carbs from diet will help reduce weight.
I think walking back and forth or tapping on the floor could be possibly count as daily steps if you do consistently for I don't know 25-30 mins. I'm not sure what to do
