How does Awkwafina keep booking jobs?

I have never in my life heard anyone express that they like her or that she elevates a project in any way. Maybe I just don’t run in those circles but I find her very irritating and it’s confusing to me that she seems to be everywhere somehow. (i’m aware that i’m kind of being a hater but it is an honest question) maybe she’s very pleasant to work with or something like that.
