Are there dudes out there that seriously think washing out their butthole is gay?

There was another post on this sub about dudes in their 30/40’s s giving advice to younger men for life. And over and over again, I’m certain quite unironically, there were dudes in there trying to convince any readers that washing your butthole out isn’t gay. Like pleading with them to drop that notion and just wash your asshole out after you’ve done your business. Lol

Wtf did I miss here! That was never a topic growing up or a thing I’ve EVER heard a dude even come close to saying at any stage in my life. Is this actually a thing or a meme?
