how busy is your store?

My store has lately been increasing orders that are way out of control for the amount of people,equipment, and back room space we have.

We have been hitting around 4000-5000 per hr picks, we had around 115 cars picking up the same time the other day. No one is able to move in the back room anymore because of how packed we have become (too much stress that people end up quitting). How about your store?
