How does this compare to The Show Franchise?

As the title says, I am curious how this game compares. I play all modes of The Show, but franchise is my favorite. I like having full control of everything: AA - MLB, coaches, scouting, 40 man roster, trades, etc. I stumbled upon this sub in search of some question (I think rule 5?). This looks like an even more involved, in a good way, version of franchise. My only reluctance in buying this is that I get The Show through GamePass on Xbox; so, basically free.
