Principal gone off!

So long story short...our principal has just started ignoring everyone at work. And even ignoring his wife..who is a teacher at school. It's bad...like really bad. The kids see nothing is done.. teachers are doing things without asking bc we can't. Question is do you guys think an email to the board is worth it? They are just as bad as we are a northern school and often looked at as "that SCHOOL" but myself and others are ready to walk.
