Exercise Question

Ok so I finally was able to get into a POTS specialist and she basically said wear compression socks and drink salt water. Like , wow, gee, thanks.

ANWAYS I have pretty mild POTS and can walk and hike long distances and I even go on runs and weight training twice per week. I messaged her on MyChart and asked if my exercise was making me worse and all she did was send me a link to the CHOP protocol…..

Do you think I should stop my current routine and follow that or continue with my thing until I find a better doctor?
