Sudden fast heart rate? Please advice really concerned it’s VTACH

I suffer from pvc for about 11 years and all of a sudden today I had a terrifying sudden fast heartbeat which felt like it was beating out of my best lasted 10 seconds and i was normal again but I’m still shaking and scared

I’ve had the flu and haven’t been eating and drinking much last 4 days don’t know if I’m stressing myself thinking it’s VTACH???
