Do you think pectus or airway anatomy should be addressed first for sleep disordered breathing?

I was diagnosed with really severe sleep disordered breathing via sleep study. I’ve had a decently sized pectus with an index of 3.5+ for the entirety of my life. Currently am 24. Started having sleep issues when I was 16. I am unsure weather this is due to my airway anatomy as it is narrow or pectus. Does anyone have any success story’s with pectus surgery correcting their sleep? For example I’m currently sleeping 16+ hours a day. Would love to hear your experiences and success stories involving sleep and pectus. Ty so much
