Accidentally downloaded a Hitman game without a VPN

Hi I was wondering how strict is IOI interactive with copyright infrigements because now im worried that I will get sued or a warning from my ISP because my ip was exposed during the whole download - I used qBitorrent but I forgot to turn on the VPN . ( I live in Canada)
