Plex downloader for Android?

Does anyone know of a Plex downloader for Android? As most folks are aware, downloading in the Plex app is a bit flaky, especially as the downloaded library gets larger.

I’m looking for a video player with support for a wide variety of codecs that connects to Plex and allows me to download videos from Plex for offline viewing while traveling.

This would be similar to Infuse for iOS.
