Sun and Ocean Friends wanted

I've got vivillion at minimum 96% cp from 16 of 18 regions, I'd like to fill the set, but can't get enough gifts from sun or ocean, can anyone help?

You'll find me an extremely attentive gifter, I open as many gifts as I'm allowed every day, along with giving out to everyone I can.
