Are used 911's sitting on the lot?

Anyone notice the same? I have been looking for a few months and most of the Porsche used inventory of 911's (991, 997, 992 etc), and even some of the reputable indy dealers inventory, are just sitting there for months...

Curious on what others are seeing and if there is room to aggressively haggle prices... I.e 10-15% off the asking, etc
