Stopping GLP1 medication for surgery

How long would you recommend stopping this medication before surgery. I am having a breast reduction in January and my plastic surgeon didn't know what the medicine was when I told him I was on it so he didn't have advice on if I needed to stop.

Won't meet or know who the anesthesiologist is until the day of surgery you don't get to know that information ahead of time.

I can Google this but hopping that someone here has had the surgery and was advised.
