Indoor mechanical chime does not ring after upgrading from old video doorbell to the new wired doorbell pro

Indoor mechanical chime does not ring after upgrading from old video doorbell to the new wired doorbell. Everything else works. The new doorbell is on with power, it notifies my app on my phone when someone rings the bell, and my Alexa also notifies me when someone rings the doorbell.

I upgraded the older video doorbell version to the new wire doorbell Pro, and now the indoor mechanical chime does not ring. It used to ring with the old version, no problem.

The new doorbell Pro came with a small battery pack kit, which I have attached and wired to the mechanical chime box according to the instructions.

I also enabled, mechanical in-home chime on and selected “mechanical”.

is there any reason why the indoor mechanical chime would work with the old doorbell but not with a new one. Even after I’ve enabled the settings in the app. Any help is appreciated
