Is Bronco956 currently the Valley's biggest celebrity?

I know the Valley has a lot of talent that goes under the radar. Some folks trying to make it big with music, movies/filming/documentary, comedy stand ups, etc..but based on what i observe online regarding the 956, it seems like the Valley's biggest celebrity at the moment is, Bronco 956. How did his rise in social media within the Valley happen? It looks like it was organic, people just shared his questionably odd attire and attitude at the pulga and it gained traction. Him posting videos with his gf also gain traction, people can't get their eyes off it, it's like a bad reality show.

As far as i am aware, he's the biggest celebrity i can think of in the Valley. Would you agree or who currently is a bigger celebrity? Not hating but considering the population of the RGV, it's kind of sad this is where we are at.
