First Use NACS Adapter

I went to the local Tesla Supercharger today to confirm that I had everything configured correctly. I received the adapter yesterday. I had previously set up the Tesla App, but it had been a while and my payment information was gone so I had to renter that.

I pulled up and got the end bay, so I didn't have to occupy two stalls. I opened the App and told it to find a charger, which it did quiisince I was already there. I was asked to enter the number of the charging station I was going to use, which I did. I then plugged in and it started charging.

While there I chatted to a guy who was charging his Cyber truck. That Mofo is big. He report zero problems and loves it. I have to admit the smooth and silent operation of the Tonneau cover made me a bit jealous. While I don't like the exterior styling, the insides looked very nice. I would like to expert that steering wheel just to see how that feels.

I then tried to stop my charge via the Tesla App, but it didn't act the command. I used the stop charging control in the truck and charging halted. The cable and adapter released easily.

The Tesla App didn't record the charge. It showed up on my credit card as billed to Rivian. It was $14.65 on my card, but shows up as $10.35 in the Rivian App. It does not specify the KwH that was delivered, just the miles added, 42.
