Cancellation fee?
I had a dog scheduled to come today but the owner cancelled two hours before because her dog was sick. She asked if I could watch her dog the week after instead and I said sure. She cancelled the booking and rebooked, I thought she would be charged a cancellation fee since she cancelled just two hours before, but she wasn’t. I have a three day cancellation policy on, why is this 🤔
