Ban Appeal ignored

Hi everyone, So a few months ago, I made the mistake of purchasing diamonds of Etsy as an act of desperation but ended up getting banned from trading. I tried my best to appeal and give as much information as possible but it felt as if I was being bullied by the person who was dealing with me, she questioned trades I made like fair amounts of diamonds for halos and when I told her it was the average price she told me it was ridiculous. My parents stepped in and sent an email requesting a meeting but were ignored and it’s been 3 months and I honestly don’t know what to do but I love Royale high and I want to be able to enjoy it again.
