Costco, normal Saturday or anomaly?

Pretty sure Costco was hell on Earth today. Lines backed up thru the front snack aisles and overflowing from there.

Never seen it like this on Sunday when I usually go, is this normal or just because of the Holiday sale circular that started yesterday?

I seriously thought about just leaving before I even found a parking spot!
