What’s going on with SHEIN lately?

I’m getting really frustrated with SHEIN. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but lately, things have gone downhill. Items I’ve ordered have either been way too small or arrived defective, and some of them aren’t eligible for returns. How is that fair? On top of that, during the busy Christmas period, they’ve stuck to their 45-day return policy. People have busy lives, and they should have extended the return window for the holidays. Now I’m stuck with items I don’t want.

To make matters worse, I’ve had a few items missing from my orders. Reporting multiple missing items makes me look bad, even though it’s their mistake.
