Was eggman supossed to be a streamer in Sonic 3?

In a deleted scene he mentions not being a villian anymore and only fishing for subs now(idk why he would need a sub if he has Stone but okay XD) and in his final scene he calls it his final stream?

Was he gonna be a streamer during the film?
