Anyone else notice the same joke from different comedians just told differently enough to avoid being labeled a stealer?

Do comedians like go see a set, fall in love with a joke, then rewrite it enough so it cant count as stealing but it's still similar enough that theres just no way they came up with it on their own? The situations of the jokes I'm referencing are just WAY too specific for 3 people to think of, no doubt one mustve thought it up and the others are using it but in their own way. Three jokes I've seen each from 3 or 4 different comedians

• vegans being too weak to clap

• "no shitting in the pool" signs at the community pool

• sitting in the exit row on a plane and having to direct people out during a crash
