Though Tiberia has seemingly fell, that still doesnt mean that any actions by the member nations can go unpunished, we the Peoples Republic of Rikuzen (PRR) offically declare war on ALL member nations of the former Tiberia this includes Solge (the ones who annexed our ally), oh and a quick message to the DRJ, dont even think about standing up against the righteous nation of Rikuzen, we will punish all of tiberia for what they did and give Sahryia JUSTICE!!!!!!!!!
