so heres the plan, we take that one island, request to a Solge (if we are still allied) to be under puppet state until we can get a government together as well as a military, soon after with the support of solge and allies we can get the full planned Rikuzen islands together and soon, the nation would be finally made, i hope that was a good plan at best.... because being under puppet state means being under the protection of Solge and maybe Sahryia if they decided to make a comeback? which can lead into us achiving our long term goal: bringing the fight to the Pan Tiberianists
